Cosmos? Perhaps. Fate? We suppose. God? Well, of course. But, really, the cause is irrelevant. Every morning we wake up in each others arms and we exhale. There is nothing worth more than love and by the grace of God, it found us. All that is significant in our lives stems from that truth, and we are endlessly grateful.
Despite knowing each other for nearly a decade, we have yet to find the time to marry one another, but we’re working on it. In the meantime, we’re humbled by the thought of being a part of yours. Please feel free to browse through our work and ring us with any questions. We look forward to working with you.
Cheers and congratulations on your engagement.
But wait ... Check out our story and our first blog post.. Also, you can check out our philanthropic project, project oath.
Thanks again.
Jaimee & Tim … we wanted to throw some teasers up while you were waiting. Cheers,
As photographers, we have never had a couple make us feel more a part of their celebration than Sarah and Allan. From the moment we arrived at the Bimini Bay Resort on North Bimini in the Bahamas, this couple was forcing cocktails into our hands and insisting we join them on the dance floor. We genuinely hope to remain a part of their lives as they embark on what will undoubtedly be a lifetime of love and happiness.
Congratulations you two. We love you guys.

The first weekend in May we flew down to the Bahamas to celebrate the wedding of a fellow CU Boulder alum, Mike Lotze (Go Buffs!). Mike and his beautiful bride Monique traveled the 2500 miles across the country from their home in San Diego to the mesmerizing beaches of Harbour Island to say their vows on May 2. The Ocean View Club hosted them in a beautiful ocean side celebration with 80 of their closest friends and family. We wish Mr. and Mrs. Lotze the best in their new life together.

This time last year, we were goofing off in Piedmont park with Tina and Andy shooting their engagement photos, and by the end of the day we were knocking back cocktails at Park Tavern like old friends. When they asked us to shoot their wedding, we were completely jazzed. They got hitched October 11 at the Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church? in Marietta and then celebrated with friends and family at Founder’s Hall in Historic Roswell. And at the end of the night, they made a surprise exit in an antique Bentley. We love you guys and were so excited to be there for your celebration.

Hope Town Harbour Lodge, Abacos, Bahamas
After a brief stop over in the Abacos while on a boat trip with Justin’s dad, we simply had to post a few shots. The Hope Town Harbour Lodge is a stellar wedding location on arguably the most unique and exclusive little island in the Abacos. The lodge itself actually started out as a private home and maintains that welcoming feel to this day. The pool/bar/restaurant are beach side and the views are out of this world. We nearly bagged our wedding location and switched to this locale after our mid-summer visit, no joke. We wanted to post a few pics for one of our brides, Jessica, that will be saying her “I Dos” at this spot next May. We can’t wait lady!
The night before Sarah and Yang’s wedding, we admittedly left the Weather Channel on pretty much all night as Hurricane Hanna boastfully made her way up the east coast with plans to land on Cape Cod just about the time that Sarah would be having her makeup done. Right.
Now, they say that rain on your wedding day is good luck, but we didn’t envy Sarah’s bridesmaids who might very well have been spending their night trying to come up with a saying that applied to ‘flash floods and hurricane winds’ on your wedding day.
Lucky for them… and us… Sunday delivered bright blue skies for the happy couple.
Both the ceremony and reception took place at The Wequassett Inn in Chatham, and boasted all the true New England wedding details; awesome ocean views, oysters, clams, shrimp, big fat lobsters and a whole ton of happy guests with lobster bibs on, and butter dripping down their smiling cheeks.
And true to Sarah and Yang’s prediction, the reception was a virtual comedy routine in motion. The expressions we managed to capture in some of these photos had us rolling! And comedians themselves, Sarah and Yang were hysterically fabulous to have as clients.
Cheers you two crazy newlyweds! And congratulations.

Here are some posts of some random photos at the old blinking light … and yes, we organized them from sober to drunk
Congrats Kelly and Christopher!
The Historic 1896 Lounsbury House is certainly not your only venue option in Ridgefield, and regardless of where you decide to tie the knot, the town itself has all the fixings necessary to make hosting your event easy. Especially if you’re not a local, it’s always a challenge to, not only find vendors, but also figure out their proximity to your venue. Not the case in this town…
On Main Street alone, there are a half dozen salons and cosmetic shops to choose from, a tuxedo rental store and florists galore. There’s a deliSH bakery available for wedding cake orders (the most important reception detail), and there’s even a little liquor store called Liberta’s for pre-ceremony toasts and post-party spirits. Of course, my absolute favorite shop on the block is Deborah Ann’s (www.deborahanns.com), which is an authentic chocolaterie that makes truffles filled with everything under the sun. As a self-proclaimed chocolate addict, I would recommend a little box of these heavenly chocolates as, perhaps, favors for your guests, but that’s just me.
There are several churches to choose from if you want to have a religious ceremony, and there are so many fab restaurants in town that you could host your rehearsal dinner in Ridgefield as well if you so choose.
The town is a hot spot for New York City folk looking to exchange their Big Apple atmosphere for country couture on their big day. The train ride from Grand Central Station to Ridgefield Center is a breeze making the travel a breeze for your guests. And there are plenty of cute little Bed & Breakfasts to recommend as accommodations, many of which are also walking distance to town.
When it comes to hosting a wedding celebration, I put Ridgefield in my top five CT town recommendations. For what it’s worth, below is a list of a few spots in each “wedding vendor” category that I totally approve of!
